Scientific Lecture on “Importance of frog in Ecosystem” Drawing and Painting Object: Conceived and coordinated by SAVE THE FROGS!, Save The Frogs Day is the world’s largest day of amphibian education and conservation action. The 8th Annual Save The Frogs Day will be held on Saturday, April 30th, 2016. On this day we encourage the appreciation and celebration of amphibians by people from all walks of life. Only a small proportion of the public is aware that frogs are disappearing, and amphibian conservation efforts will not be successful with an un-informed public. Goal: Our goal was to make the amphibian extinction crisis common knowledge, and Save The Frogs Day is our best way to make this happen!

Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey Executive Director and Members of Environment & Social Welfare Society Khajuraho-471606 Madhya Pradesh, India, Scientist and Students of Godavari Academy of Science and Technology, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh and other distinguished guests, participants listener including media were present in this event.
After worship of Goddess Saraswati and welcome of our Guest Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey Executive Director of Environment & Social Welfare Society, focussed progress report of the ESW Society. Key note address by Prof. Gouri Sanago Government Girls College Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh State India focused on Habit and habitat, Identification, about species, Reproduction, Parental care, cause of decline, conservation process and about the importance of frog in food chain.
Chief Guest Prof. H. N. Khare Government Maharaja College Chhatarpur discussed about the evolution of frog and also expected to Scientist and Students of Godavari Academy of Science and Technology, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh for search new species of the frog which may get in this surrounding area. Special Guest Prof. Govind Singh Principal Government Naveen College Nowgong said its appreciating programme and will be helpful for species conservation in future. He had also given thanks to Institute of California for collaboration with us. Special Guest Mrs. Vandana Dubey, Vice President Women Wing, Bhartiya Janata Party, Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh focused on scientific temper of students
Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey, Executive Director and President & Organizing Secretary of The International Save The Frogs Day delivered his presidential address emphasized the role of ESW Society in Environment and Social welfare. Focused on frog conservation for maintain food chain and ecosystem for our amphibians especially various species of frogs. He also discussed how these frogs controlled various dangerous diseases like Malaria by eating larvae of insect such as mosquito. Speech of College and School Students Nakul Tiwari, Jaiprakash Patel, Akash Yadav, Sachin Choubey, Research Scholar Ramchandra Ahirwar have given lectures and express various views summarized as follows: Road accident is the major cause of declining frog during breading period (Rainy). We should totally stop practical on frog. Farmers must be avoided chemical fertilizer in agriculture practice. We should go for organic farming. We should conserve all species for improve our biodiversity status.

Drawing & Painting event arranged. Mr Mudit Dubey, Mr. Abhy Yadav, Rishi Tripathi from Junior group and Mr. Rishi Tiwari, Jaiprakash Patel Ved Prakash Prajapati from Senior group School Students made beautiful painting with colours in the surrounding background and awarded for First second and Third award for appreciation.
