In Godagari, Bangladesh the Nature Eye Team held a great seminar, a rally and an art exhibition on Save The Frogs Day 2016! They were able to engage 500 plus people including school children in their event. Their main focus point was frog conservation and to make people aware. They organized a Rally on the theme “Conserve Frogs to Get Harvest”. They also organized contemporary debate competition, open quiz competition, composition writing, drawing competition and cultural program.
“Our main objective of the event was to aware about Frog conservation & its importance among local people of Godagari,Rajshahi, Bangladesh. People of Godagari often used to kill frogs for the trade purpose, using pesticides in agricultural field, or unknown reasons. It was great threat to Frogs in Goadagari. So we targeted the area so that we can motivate people aware about frogs & its importance.We organised the program schedule in such way that we can engage school & colleges students.We arranged Composition competition, Open quiz competition, Debate competition and Drawing competition. We wanted that students willingly to think about frog importance and then we could easily reach to local people.And we have successfully finished our program. If there was enough fund it would be more better. Hope we will arrange more gorgeous program next. And honestly thanks to “Save The Frogs Day Team” for supporting us.” – The Nature Eye Team
