All ecotour proceeds support SAVE THE FROGS! worldwide amphibian conservation efforts, enabling us to protect amphibians and promote a society that respects and appreciates wildlife and nature. Ecotours help ensure local communities have ample reason to protect nearby biodiversity.

Your ecotour payment will cover:
- All lodging
- All meals
- In-country transportation
- World-class tour guides and their scientific expertise

Payment Options & Securing Your Space On The Tour
- To secure your space on the tour, you can pay a $1,000 per person non-refundable deposit if you prefer not to pay in full all at once.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.
- Failure to pay in full by 60 days prior to the tour start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit money and your space on the ecotour.
- We accept checks, ACH, Zelle, Wise, Wire Transfers and debit/credit card.
- Card payments usually result in SAVE THE FROGS! paying between 2.2 and 3.5% processing fees (often over $100), so other methods are preferred if possible.

Cancellations
To cancel your tour, you must notify us directly.
If you cancel on or prior to 60 days before the tour start date, your entire trip will be refunded, minus your deposit (as deposits are non-refundable).
If you cancel within 60 days of the tour start date, you forfeit your entire payment. As such, we STRONGLY recommend all ecotourists purchase travel insurance, which generally covers unforeseen events that lead to cancellations.

Terms & Conditions
In order to take part on this trip, you will be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of ecotourism, and legally releasing SAVE THE FROGS! and affiliated trip operators and personnel from legal damages and consequences.

Pay For Your Ecotour Here!
Time to pay for your ecotour…exciting! But before submitting any payment, be sure to read this notice:
If you have received your invoice from SAVE THE FROGS!, this is where you can pay for your ecotour.
Please DO NOT submit funds if you have not received an invoice from us.
(1) Payment via check:
Make checks payable to SAVE THE FROGS! and mail to:

(2) Payment via BillPay from within your online banking account is usually free and easy, as your bank mails a check for you. Use the address above.
(3) Payment via Zelle is free and easy if you use Bank of America. You can send funds to SAVE THE FROGS! by choosing kerry@savethefrogs.com as the recipient address.
(4) Payment via ACH is usually easy from within your online banking account and usually only costs $1 or so. Let us know whatever details you seek.
(5) Payment via wire can work if you are outside the USA. May cost around $45. An option that is likely better though is Wise…
(6) Wise is a great company for transferring funds to the USA. We like them so much that if you want to use them, we will discount your tour by half of the money we save on credit card fees we don’t have to pay. Example, if using Wise saves us $100, we will reduce your tour cost by $50. Good for you, good for the frogs. Be sure to use this link to sign up, as that reduces fees further and gets us a referral bonus. You can send funds to the kerry@savethefrogs.com Wise account.
(6) Payment via credit card. Super easy, but the banks keep between 2.2% and 3.5%, which could come out to well over $100 per ecotourist. If you wish to cover credit card fees, please do so separately as a donation.
