Save The Frogs Day takes place every year on April 28th. It’s the world’s largest day of amphibian education and conservation action, and we seek your creativity to help promote it. Whether you’re organizing your own Save The Frogs Day event or simply want to let the world know the day is coming, your flyer can help reach new audiences, inspire action, and protect amphibians worldwide.
The Fine Print
Contest Guidelines

Format
Design an 8.5 x 11 inch or A4 flyer. Vertical or landscape orientation is fine. Submit as PDF or JPG — both versions preferred.

Purpose
Your flyer can either:
- Promote a specific Save The Frogs Day event you’re organizing, or
- Promote Save The Frogs Day in general (e.g. “18th Annual Save The Frogs Day — April 28, 2026” or “Save The Frogs Day — April 28th Every Year”)

Imagery
Use only imagery you have rights to: your own photos, properly licensed images, or free stock images. No AI-generated imagery. Flyers must be human-created — designed by hand or with traditional graphic design tools.

Required Content
Every flyer must include:
- The event name: Save The Frogs Day
- The date: April 28, 2026 (or “April 28th Every Year”)
- Our URL: savethefrogs.com/day
A note on the event name
Please write the event name exactly as:
Title Case, no exclamation point. Please avoid variants such as save the frogs day, SAVE THE FROGS! Day, Save The Frogs! Day, or STFD.
A small but important distinction: our organization name is styled in all caps with an exclamation point — SAVE THE FROGS! — but the event name is Title Case with no exclamation.
Optional but Appreciated
Our Logo
Using our logo is entirely optional. For Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other source files, please contact us.
